The girl: She carries her brother and takes care of him, everyday, all day. Soon, in one or two year she?ll have his own child to take care of. The boy: Probably won?t last alive for antoher year. His body was full of blueish spots from some strange disease and his belly was huge due to an obvious undernourishment.

Thanks for your comments, and Jim, i know its very touching. Most of the people in this country live in extreme misery and missionaries and foreign organizations make thier daily efforts to give at least a breath of hope to them. They?re centuries away from the way we live, looking now for the very basics of food, sanity and education. I guess you what you can do from your home, as you said, is to appreciate your happy and healty family and maybe to make a little prayer for them. Thanks again for your interest and comments!
Man...this is a heart wrenching shot. I have 3 children and they are al healthy and happy and living a great life....this photo, this shot....makes me understand that there are places in the world that are .....well....just crying out for help.
