So somebody listens to my comments,I shall have to try and make it work on the wife and kids. Anyhow John that steam totally obliterating the back of the engine looks really good and the engine itself is really imposing. My only critisism is that I would have lightened it a touch to give more detail in the engine

Hi John, terrific B/W shot of a very impressive loco. I am surprised at the DOF you achieved using f2.8. Smokebox door numbers are still pretty sharp. Do you know why all that steam is escaping around the tender. It seems excessive. Great shot. Den

Very nice. I noticed a couple of little wires on the left ot the photograph, but otherwise very very good. I've always liked this sort of shot. Well Done.
