I'm guessing that the reason it doesn't look level is because you zoomed in a long way and captured something of the earth's curvature. Do you think that is what caused this look? If this is the case, then you captured a perfect image. If I were to print, matt and frame it, I might matt it in such a way so that the curve isn't as obvious so perfectionists like me don't keep asking about it. :-) Great image Jeroen!!!

Erik,
thanks for your comment. I was almost waiting for somebody to say that the horizon is not level. Actually, I wanted to mention it in the 'about', but.. I can assure your it is level. It's a bit deceiving, as the mountains in the background are not parallel to the waterfront I was standing at.

Beautifully composed and cropped. Great colors. The clouds are almost perfectly placed. The cropping is very nice. The only little niggle I have is that if you look at the water line (horizon) in the distance you can see that it is not entirely level. The water wants to run off the image to the left. :-0
