On my recent trip to Europe, I started shooting photos of mannequins through glass windows and I found that if you stick the lens right up to the glass, you can sometimes avoid the glare and reflection of the glass.
Then again, sometimes like this the reflection works and adds something to the photo.

No wonder you thoght my "mMnneqin with blue" had laser eyes, Willem. I was mesmerized by her eyes. That's why I took the photo.
