G'day Petros,
This is at "lake" Mungo, about 100km North east of Mildura. We went to Mildura a few weeks ago and made the trip to Mungo, spent most of the day and early part of the night photographing. Slept in the car overnight and went back to Mildura the next day. Dunno what happened to the invite - thought I sent it !

Maybe someone could send a robot in here to try and determine if there were ever water on this surface. I like the contrast. You don't need to see into those shadows. Harsh contrast in a harsh landscape - it all fits.

lovely place to take some shots, I always wanted to visit your country, it seems to be so beautiful;
back to the picture: I think this landscape hides a lot of potentials, although the contrast is too big - in result there are very dark and very bright holes with no details; I would try another light: early in the morning or evening, I think night photography could also give excellent results;
