The insription on the red clth hanging down from the ceiling sais (under the word In) Tel Aviv in Hebrew.

Everything works terribly slowly today on the internet here. Being a Shabbat, everybody seems to be glidind. That's the reason I thank you from here and don't look if you have a new photo for me to comment on.
So thank you, dear MaLuisa (and you might convey the thanks to Raamses as well, even though it's not his comment) for your comment on my "Reaching out". With your sharp eyes you noticed immediately that it was no real man. I haven't opened the others' comments yet, but judging from the response to my "The paper kiss", it is quite possible that the same mistake will occur here as well.
