About My Favorite place on the North Shore. I pull off the main road here every day on the way to and from work. it is so peaceful and my van sits but 30 feet from the lake. this shot taken earlier this year in the morning after a storm. this view is looking to the Southwest so the sun is to my left lighting the waves which then really show up against the dark sky background.

Very nice Jim.
Good stopping action, I like the almost black and white affect and then set with a blue sky.
Good detail and shadows on the rocks.

Astonishing wave capture Jim. The sky is such an unusual gorgeous blue, the texture of the rocks like satin. Beautiful shot!!!

Fabulous contrast between the blue sky, charcoal rocks and white wash of the waves.

Do you realise how lucky you are seeing all these sights on your way to work?
