The blur really adds greatly to the atmosphere, much the same way that an artist like Van Gogh rendered light.

Uri,
I love the atmosphere you have created in this image. if there was a bit of camera shake, i feel this adds so much to the image.
I also like how you were also able to recieve adequate exposure on the foreground wall on the left, enough ambient light around to give the details.
