Hi Sara...I like the mood here, the boy's mind seems far away walking lowering his head wonder what he is thinking of . When the colors are washed out try to convert to B&W or add some tone to it "I know you like colors more" but i think this will help to improve the colors. Also the horizon is a bit tilt you can fix it easily using the free transforamtion in PS. Here is my try (hope u do not mind , u know yr friend is on a leave and i need to do something ;-)
