Hi "big sister" (yes, she's older than me! ;-) ),
first of all welcome on this community.
I'm sure you will enjoy and you will learn many technics and expecially many way to see the world.
I suggest you to see the pictures of the other users and don't hesitate eventually to ask your questions.
Many of them will never reply you but many of them will be very happy to share their experiences.
Be always very "open mind" and accept any critic in a positive way.
Also if you usually say that I'm a good photograper, I've to learn a lot anyway and the critics are "food for photo".
Be curious and never stop to try and try and try and...
..and now the ferocious and cruel critic to this picture....
to be one of your first picture is well done expecially the title (Men and women). I could only suggest you to balance the levels in order to have a true colour of the sky (I remember it was more clean).
