What a scary moment! I'm not sure that this captures the intense feeling of the rescue itself since the viewers' focus will clearly be on the girl's...um...sickness. I am fascinated with the expression of the guy on the right as well as the position of the man holding the little girl.

I'm impressed that in the middle of all that chaos you had the presence of mind to take a photo.

See if you can edit your photo for "the decisive moment" project. I'd say this DEFINITELY qualifies as one moment in time!

That's gratitude for ya'. I'm an EMT/Firefighter and this has never, ever happened to me. They puke on the cot, on themselves and all over the back of the ambulance but never on me. It's a good thing to, cause' this could only happen once to me; I would die right there.

You did well to capture the moment considering the chaos that was likely present at the scene. Now if you will excuse me I feel the need to chug a bottle of Scope and take a shower.
