The picture was taken through a hole in safety net atop the Skylon Tower above the falls. The awesome spray could be seen for miles away on the approach.
The overcast with hole lighting blanketed the area nicely.

A different and very nice view of the falls, Larry.
Was this taken from a hotel room?
The light was really good, with some dramatic highlights. Good timing on your part to wait for that boat to be in the right place.
I love the plume of water spray going up in the sky.
