Thanks Lori, I have both Photoshop CE and PaintShop Pro 8... A couple of things... I got lazy (a man thing) and did not look closely at my photo before posting. And Since I'm a man (so I've been told), I have not read the manual... (mem don't read manuals, maps nor ask for directions) ;-} LOL...

Oh my goodness, good eye on this one. At first I was wondering kind of what it was, then I read your title!
nicely done, and yes, Carmem did a great job. Don't know if you use PS CX...if si the 'smart blur' does pretty well also.

Thanks Carman, I did not know about the Median filter. I have not found everything you can do with Paint Shop and this will help a bunch.

Hi, Peter, very original macro and floral composition, although a bit noisy.
There are meny alternatives to reduce noise. I?ve tried the median filterby selecting background in Paint Shop 8.0, hope you don?t mind..
