A very unusual angle that surprisingly gives additional mood to this picture. At first I feels the narrow depth of field was a mistake, but however, that narrow DOF gives the dimension! Also, I feel emotional and sadness from the statue, from this photo. I don't have any idea how did you come with this concept... Congrats!
