Congarts for your "Coco's Outback" being chosen BIP, Mr. Moellebjerg, although I think that your "Thinking" also deserves this title. It is a quasi simple photo of a girl sitting on the railway, but it can be seen that she is deeply immersed in her thoughts or in her fanatasies. The black bra-straps add a hint of erotica and the out of focus white stains that look to me like unpicked cotton add a third dimension. The choice of sepia adds a further dimension of antiquity, as if the photo were a valuable souvenir. Best regards, Dr. Rafael (Rafi) Springmann

Hi Ivan, Very strong mood, introvert, reflective and profound. I'm not sure this hue fits with the atmosphere I perceive. I think a cool grey-blue tone would emphasise the mood a bit more, as this green tone makes it a bit more agressive.... Nonetheless a very well composed and captured shot.
Cheers,
Hugo

Hi Ivan, for me is the green/yellow tone too strong for this thoughtful portrait, its pity that we can't see a little more of the face.....(IMHO)

Hi Ivan, i really like this a lot! When i first opened it and only could see the top half of the photo (as it was loading in the browser), i thought "Oh no..." because the quality of the out of focus vegetation looked ghastly - Do you know what i mean when you see a thumbnail that looks great and then you open it, only to be disappointed. WELL here it was the opposite, as the girl came into frame in the browser it was a very pleasant feeling indeed. Very, very nice. I love the sepia toning and the highlights catching her hair and shoulders. It's nice and sharp too Ivan - just where it should be. Nice work, my congrats... and best wishes
Neil

this is an excellent composition; I love the view from the back with intention to capture the thoughts of the subject which somewhat is impossible
