John, I see very strong edge enhancement (look along the rim of the hill, or the bars of the gate). Is that, too, something that IR film is prone to? Or is it post-process sharpening? It's a lot more acceptable in a rather harsh IR image like this than it would be in normal B&W but it does raise questions in my mind...
