I was starting to feel the same way about the lips, maybe a bit overdone. The "cross processing" look comes from doing an inverse selection on the lips and pumping up the cyan color balance.

Dear Erik,
makes me glad to see that you get more attention to your pictures. well deserved, if I may add this ;-)
The mixture from light really works out well here. the background even seems to be kind of cross processing. great DOF and detail textures in the front. the lips are really powerful, perhaps a small tad too strong.
great marylin style model.
