Your photos often remind me of musical compositions, with their harmonies and counterpoints. The bug trails and the shadows just dance around one another, blending here and moving apart there. Your photos are superficially simple and minimal, but often very complex on further examination.

I don't know if other people noticed when they walked around the dunes, but there were little footprints from bugs, lizards, and small animals like rabbits and foxes all other the place. luckily there were very few people prints there!. hard to walk up and down the dunes, but certainly worth it! thanks for you comment! fern

I get to return to this site (Coral Dunes State Park in Utah) week after next, and I am really looking forward to it. plan to camp there so I can try shooting at different times of the day fern
