Great colors and facial blur. The blur is effective here. It helps with the exciting nightime feel. I know and like this cafe very much.

Dear Gayle,
as I posted to Pedro, there was no alternative to the face blur. unfortunately. it is somehow surreal but I personally don't think that is far away from the rest of the composing.

Hi Uwe,
ich will mal so sagen: nach 3 versuchen haben wir es einfach aufgegeben. und was ich da so im display sah... hätte ich am liebsten gelöscht =)
aber mittlerweile kriege ich mit PS auch bilder halbwegs hin, die im display übel aussehen ;-)

Dear Pedro,
honestly, I would love to have some more detail in the face. but as the shutter time was 1/2 s (and with the lighting condition, there was no chance to shorten that time as ISO 200 is the maximum I would do on the Pentax Optio 550 as a higher ISO value leads to tons of digital grain), the head is somehow surrealistic.

hi, i have to agree with Pedro's comment about wanting something more solid about her face/head..as is,the image becomes more surreal..like the perspective,colors and shadows..looks like a fun area..regards,gayle

gut dass du nicht von den farben weg gegangen bist hier, thilo. denn die kommen wirklich gut. schade ein wenig, dass chrissies kopf etwas die "happy hour" verdeckt, vielleicht wäre sie ein wenig weiter rechts besser plaziert gewesen. aber das ist im nachhinein natürlich auch leicht gesagt...;-)

hello Thilo,
considering the light conditions i think you have manage pretty well, i do like the composition and colors, and also the sensation of motion caused by the girl, i would like more definition on the girl face...but well sometimes we can not have all.

ich wollte erst auf SW gehen, aber dann konnte ich mich doch nicht von den farben trennen. vor allem das gelb trägt meiner Ansicht nach zur stimmung bei.
