This is a great Sunset shot. I love these kind of photos. Well done Paulo.
Regarding that sky ???. you can easily remove it with photoshop or paintshop by using the clone button.

Wonderful colours Paulo. A little bit of noise, but sometimes this can benefit an image. I really like the clarity of the buildings and boats. Well done.

I think it was bird, probably a seagull.
But you are right it is a U.F.O, because I can't identify it. :)
