Susan, thanks for the comments, much appreciated. When looking through your portfolio, I have noticed some of the same things I noticed with Bob Ross. In your works there are definate moments and complex images, often abstracted and conceptual. But there are also other photographs, for example many of the portraits, where I think you have moved away from the potential you show in other works. I especially enjoy your Zones series, the volcano shots, and others in which you have achieved something beyond an icon or portrait of a person or motorcycle. Once again, I don't think these are bad photographs to be taking, things of importance to the artist should also be shot, but from an outside perspective I think you should focus more on your more conceptual and in depth works, where I think you could continue making nice works. Nice portfolio and good luck with all. Curtis

I like to see images taken with the a 50mm lens, what with all the super zooms around, this relic gets left at home for the most part. Anyway, yours has given you a well composed, moody image that would make a very nice enlargement. Very nice indeed.

It's strangely symbolic of something; like the zone from this world to the next, or of light and dark and things in between. Great mood. I like that APX film.
