Uff, thanks Trine, it gives me relieve :))) I couldn't believe anyone could be so cruel...but if you don't know the customs you can expect the worst... Thanks again for your explanation , it will give me the calm sleep :)

It looks bad .... but the only ones being hurt are the people gutsy/stupid enough to go inside the"ring". The bulls are all unurt and are not masacred after, unlike spanish bullfighting. ITs merely to see who can hold on to the bull for a set distance and they win a prize, or they can challenge the bull by teasing it and they will at least be seen as brave. A whole village can own a bull together and and if noone can hold on to the bull for the distance they get to keep the prize. Thus, the bulls shoulders are greased with oil and the horns sharpened. Some bulls go amok and that weekend 3 or 4 peolple died. The police were keeping "less" injured out of hospital. Broken arm had to wait kinda way...The bulls are colourfully decorated... I myself couldnt watch the bulls being killed...
