I never took it from the front because he had the grill off and it looked strange,,,but I will try to walk that way now and then to see how it progresses. Most of the time I think it is kept inside. I never talked to the owner.

Yeah I'd guess 53 or 54 (before big fins became popular). Personally I would have preferred the shot to be from the front left at the same angle (but thats from someone who knows cars better than photos). Would love to see another shot of the completed car in soft early light, would be grate if you could arange that with the owner, before and after shots are always cool to have.

Looks like it might be a 1950's vintage, not sure about that, though. Nice old car, hope you can get some shots of when its finished. Jim Gamble
