A group of trees burning with color on a cloudy day with the first snow of the season.. Rocky MTN NP it was a great day for photography. aparently every one else thought the same thing, i must have ran into 40 photographers out doing work... what a wonderful place to be on such a beautiful day.. ill upload more from this day in the next couple of days
I just took this exact same angle! Except I got lucky and their were a couple of Mule Deer camped in that grove of trees. I haven't been to RMNP in fall, I need to get there for that.
Nice shot. Gives me the chills in a good way, I live in Greeley and I really wanted to get up for this snow but I had to work :( Not sure how long you have been living in the area but welcome anyways. The park is a awesome place to get some sweet images. Perhaps we will bump into each other, I bumped into Eric Stensland about 2 miles up the side of the mountain on a trail....small world. Hope you don't mind me adding you to my friends list so that I may follow your work. 2:15 am here, getting ready to head up I want to be at the top for sunrise. Have a great day.
