Hi Kevin,
OK you asked...I don't like the black/gray sky over this brightly lit scene, doesn't look 'natural'...not that everything has to be completely natural of course.
But being that the water is so rich blue, if the sky were this color, it wouldn't be reflecting a blue sky...
The rest of the photo, from the water down, is fantastic! Nice details, I like the scene very much.
