Thankyou Patrick, I was pleased with the outcome of this image. I usually take so many images adjusting settings all the way until I get what I am after...and this is one of the images that just worked for me.

Biliana. I received all your comments on my images but to read this one was like, WOW. A comment coming from someone of your capability is a compliment from out of this world. As I said, I am in awe of your work and hope to follow it a little more closely. So thankyou for commenting on my images. Very much appreciated.

I think this is fantastic, love everything about it, I too think I like it even better than the red. This looks very real, as though it is as it was, [if u know what I mean] the red looked as though you had turned the subject into red

Rafi. Thankyou for commenting on this image. I am glad that I was able to tell you something that you didn't already know.

BUT, I am going to have to teach you to write your comment and then read down the other comments a bit. Quite often you actually learn a bit more about the image in question. In my image "Dare to be Different", if you had read down, you would have learnt that I didn't take that photo, but in fact I was one of the models. And in another comment under that image, I explained how extreme the heat was that day which contributed to the expressions on our faces. But all in all, I am pleased that you were able so to see pass the obvious hurdle that most people experienced when viewing that image. So thankyou very much.

Thankyou Den. This was actually a little clearer glass before I took it into PSP. With some adjustments layers and then a duplication with flip and merge, I achieved this result.

Dave Stacy is a very good (virtual) friend of mine. We communicate via UF almost daily, but I didn't know he had a favourite color. He never mentioned it to me.
Back to your "Chess blown out", I think it's an excellent to put the chess pieces on a reflecting surface. It makes the ches-game look tri-dimensional.
I don't know if you read Herman Hesse's "Glass pearl game". It's also a game played in three dimensions and is supposed to replace war.
But I've gone far enough in my associations and it's time to thank you for you uniquely friendly comment on my "Dry leaf on lamps".
Best regards,
Rafi

Woweee Judi, MAGNIFICENT! I'm trying to get my head round the technicalities of a shot like this. It can't be as easy as say, a lake reflection. Compliments

Incredible Judi - i find this even more effective than the red one!!Must be the wider angle and the reflection which is spot on!! Gorgeous shot!

You are very welcome Dave. I had no idea what to write in the about. And then you came along and said what you did, so it was the only thing I could do. I am so glad it makes you happy.

Thankyou Ahmed. I was actually just playing with ideas while chatting on the phone, so I really wasn't concentrating as much as I should have. So I am quite surprised with the result.
