The picture was taken at the east end of tunnel 2 (the one between Norwalk and Wilton) and was not modified digitally other than extending the dynamic range. See http://www.usefilm.com/image/569701.html for more detail of the tunnel biking trail. I hope the biker coming my way was not too much bothered by my flash. He had a pretty bright light on his bike, as you can see.
