Hi Fadel, Thanks man for your nice wishes, appreciate it. In regard to the reason, well yes, it is stress, but lots of people more stressed than me but they don't have this curse, but only few people faces this problem, and it become a habit, even if you had a nice day, you would still chew your teeth, it is a curse my friend, do you imagine that i manage to wake my wife up at night only by the sound of chewing my teeth!!! I am much better now my friend, still chewing, but a little, i hope i will get this done soon, thanks brother for caring and my kind regards,

Ameed my friend, A good Medical photograph, what a shot!!! I hope that your replacing those lost teeth. A West Indies saying, "Don't worry so much , Mon. Be happy!" Dream good dreams and maybe you will not grind you teeth away. -James

What a story Ameed, I really hope that you are feeling better now, but what's the reason for unconsciously chewing your teeth, is it stress? As for the image, I do like your composition and how the face is blurred.

eeew :-) well done, i don't 'like' the image but it is very well done and revealing and COMMUNICATES emotion and connection. it tells a story. it could have been the new project Avedon! good luck getting a night brace to prevent grinding.
(also consider meditating, breath relaxation, yoga, or some method to relax and reduce stress, which is primarily the cause of grinding.)

LoL Judi, this is really funny questions, but to answer them: 1- I don't know if the tooth fairy visited me or not, if she did, then most probably i was asleep tying to catch up with the three days without asleep previous to the extraction.
2- About neglecting uploading pictures, well i can't blame the tooth for everything, i was kind of busy lately with a great changes in my life, it was taking lots of space in my life and thoughts, but i wont let this stop me any more, i will use it as a motivation instead.
3- Would i do it again, i hope not, but trust me, with all the pain of a broken tooth, specially if it is not repairable, Yes, i would do it again :) Thanks for your comment dear, regards,

Ameed, my buddy. You like to test us, to push us to see how far we will go. And yes, we will take up the challenge.
Okay, let's see. My first question is, "Did the tooth fairy visit?" My second question is, "Is this the reason for your neglect in submitting images lately?" And my third question is "Will you do it again?'

I can relate Ameed, unfortunately my teeth are very brittle. A dentist tried to move one once and the tooth next to it broke in half - I have never known pain like it :-(
Love the photo, the dof is superb and yes I can tell your lips are still feeling the effect of the anaesthetic !
Best wishes, Steve
ps hope you feel better now

OUCH!! made me grit my teeth just looking at it! great detail on the tooth though -i like the way you can just see the decayed bit and the red still attached to it and the way your mouth ( its origin) forms the background but out of focus so as not to overwhelm the main subject!

Thanks Merete for being honest, and thanks again for being concerned, btw i am having an appointment with a dental lap to design me something i ware while a sleep, it looks like those things the boxers ware to protect there teeth, but it has to be thin to allow me to breath normally while asleep :) thanks again, regards,

So different Ameed, I like the way the lower half of your face especially your mouth appear blurred in the background although I find the tooth little bit overexposed due to it's white colour. Tooth ache is a bad experience and most of us don't like going to the dentist. But We should visit the dentist at least twice yearly just for check-up in order to discover any early tooth decay that may be easier to treat than if we ignore it which by then will be removed and all we have is 36 teeth only. PS, congrats for the 2 featured comments in 1 week, that's great. Bye my friend, Khaled.
