Thanks for the comment - I just play around with the duotone presets in PS to see which ones work for me best. It varies from picture to picture, but here it was trickier as I wanted to keep the texture of the clouds without losing the texture of the buildings. I try not to use masks too much as that still feels a little bit like cheating.
