Great portrait Bill. I like the intensity of the expression and the fine skin details and tone. The greay in the background is a bit distracting though - kind of divide the image in a light left and dark right halve. Exellnt wotrk though. Regrds.

'Mystery women' behind veils have almost become a cliche of photography today, but this rises above it. The clothing texture is clear and the eyes (invariably the focus of this 'genre') carry real power.
