Salam, Hussam!
Thank YOU for your generous comment. My dad is a professional photographer and he was given the photo by a co-worker.
Lil indian boys at the Amazon seem to have snakes and other weird animas as pets, yes. I was also amazed when I first saw the picture myself!
:)
My compliments to your Portfolio: I especialy enjoyed Childhood shots and the motorcycle guy falling off from seat!!! Thank YOU for sharing with us the beauty of Qatar Sea from your eyes.
SHOKRAN!, Regina Rianelli.

Dearest Saeed,
Indian boys live in the Forest and they fear not wild animals... i guess because they are used to it in a daily basis.
this is not part of a ritual, nor it is a ryth of passage... it's a little boy playing with his pet!
in this case, it's a biiig Cobra!!!
i think all jungle animals are NOT biting, nor hurting people who fear not them... i guess!
Civilization take us away from our primal nature and drive us to be locked up in our own houses fearing strangers we never met!
Jungle people are free... unlike Cosmopolitan citizens, like me, who fear the unexpected.
Thank YOU for your visit and for taking the time to Comment.
my Best + Maa' Salamah + Happy Eid ul-Fitr, Regina

Can you imagine how fearless he'll be when he is older? We could only be so lucky to not be exposed to things like television which tells us what to be afraid of ("Jaws," "Birds," etc). Sid

Excelente, Regina Traduz amizade, respeito, confiança e carinho... Ao mesmo tempo, mostra que o uso de utensílios da "civilização" não modifica tão profundamente os hábitos e a visão, que os povos tem da natureza. Não sei quem tem a expressão mais serena e feliz, mas acho que ainda é a sucuri...
