Hi Michael, true, there are some flaws in it, but I can also see why you like it this much. The warmth of the light is beautiful, and I like the composition, with the imaginary diagonal between the treetops leading to a vanising point off image. That builds the tension in this shot.

The house on the right could be a bit distracting, if it werent for the tones, blending it in with the background.

Also, the crop, cutting off the reference to "solid ground for both the trees as well as the house takes it out of the usual. Creative solution!
