The montage is done very nicely but the images themselves need a bit more work in my opinion. On the color image I am finding the shadows very harsh and some fill light there would have worked nicely (I understand if flash was not allowed). On the B&W image on the left the same hard shadows are showing on the man's face and again I think some fill lighting here would have helped. Overall the images are nicely composed and arranged nicely on the montage.

Very Very Nice. I love the art that this brings out. Nice layout. I also like the B&W with the color added for just the rose. I have been playing with this too but can't seem to get a picture that the effect works good on. But this is great.
