Ok, here's the deal. I know I've seen the name of this antelope somewhere but, I cant for the life of me remember what it is. So, if anyone outthere knows what the name of this antelope is, please let me know and I will change it. Thanks. Oh, BTW, this was shot at Plumpton Park Zoo.
Jim, it is called a Gemsbok or Oryx. Mainly found in Namibia and Botswana. Large member of the African antelope family. Horns and speed are its defence against Lion.
