Licia, Thank you for your comment. Unfortunately Teke did not not like the camera and was very spastic with the flash. Hence the ruffled feathers, low light and cut off edge! Margie
For a second there, I though this was a black-and-white shot. Cutting out the end of the feathers leaves an unconclusive feeling. Either come very close and crop a lot, or don't crop at all. Image could be just a tad sharper, and lighting somewhat stronger as well. Good "pose" and angle of capture, and good dark/neutral background to bring out the white without losing the beak. =)
