Hi,Marian Man
I was looking at your image I think the problem caused by the lack of sharpness.
I adjusted it with CorelDraw,a sharp tool been used to bring out the details.( I?ve done quick work)
For creating frames within CorelDraw it is very easy and forward here is the step by step to follow:
1.Go to rectangle tool (F6), to select it
2.Click left button on the mouse and hold (start from top corner of the image) draw a rectangle around the image.
3.when complete the rectangle select it ( put the mouse pointer on the rectangle and press left button) while selected ,choose outline width as you wish( start from hairline to more than 9mm)
4.From the outline tool choose the frame colour as you wish.
5.At last select the whole composition and select group.
6.Save the image as follow: from File choose ? Publish to web-Web image optimizer ? select Jepeg from the first window selection-select High Quality JPG progressive from the second window selection.
7.Save it
8.You might need to crop the out side of the frame and I normally do it within Adobe CS and to see the last adjustment.
I hope it is easy and forward, for any other difficulty does not hesitate to ask I will do it with pleasure if up to my knowledge. Saeed
Ps. see the attachment( I had to chose poor quality for uplaoding problems.)

I like the blur of the image as it fits well with the mood of the shot. It gives a dreamy tone.
what makes the image special is the natural frame it has, not always easy to find this kind of frames! I just lie it!

I think the concept and composition was a very interesting one.

But you need a better photograph to work with. This one is too blurry (needed a tripod?).

I'm not very good with the editing tools to comment on them - maybe someone else will.

Neil
