this gives a great feeling of the overhead lip Sean.... it slams you down!

I made some shots of a bodyboarder and would love to hear you about them, since I have not a great experience in surfshots, if you can.

jim, that's one thing i can't focus on. if i did, i'd never get in the water.

southern california isn't known for white shark sightings except in a few areas and most of those are out around catalina and san clemente islands. it's really the beaches of northern california that have the bulk of the sightings as there is a greater sea lion population up there. the likelihood of an attack is less than the chance of getting hit by lighting.
