Archie is learning how to fly, how to float to start with :)) You have to tweak a bit with the light source, if you are looking for oppinions

Thanks Kelly. Funnily enough, I prefer natural light photos than studio LOL. I bought a cheap main flash and put a softbox on it so basically, it spreads the light more evenly. You can do it with flashes on camera which work well also. Not the same as a main flash unit. I bought a cheap Portaflash 336VM which cost around £250 but one good thing even though it lacks the power control of say a Bowens lighting system, it is very portable. Very easy to put up and take down (5 mins). I turned off all the lights and set the power to minimum on the lights and that was it. I must invest in better lighting sometime :)
Hugs

Great photo Howie... and how did/ what did you make cheap home studio out with???? i'm feeling the need to do something like that at my house... as i am getting bored with trying to capture moments.... i'd really like to do photo shoots with different colored backgrounds, and lighting , but have no idea what to do.... i've only done one photo shoot in a studio and loved it!!!!
