About This was a tough one to decide on. I couldn?t get myself to crop this photo so you get to view the original camera raw size. This photo has a lot of interesting details that I would like to share with you. The secular highlight in the clouds is reflecting off the water and has created a little white magic flag in the foreground. The way the riprap is stacked in the foreground has caused a hole for the reflection to shine through. This highlight is also giving the bushes in the foreground the appearance that they are on fire. I also like how the mist is shrouding around in the middle areas of the photo. And, what can I say, the colors are awesome.

Shutter Speed 1/20 sec.
Focal Length 16 mm.
Circular Polarizer

This one was a tough one to put in a project area too. Moody landscape or magic light. For now I will choose magic light until you all persuade me otherwise.

Enjoy,

Jim

Tough job is right, but good call. You have done well by not cropping it.

Interesting about, and that you realized all that while taking the picture, the sunset is absolutely amazing and I don't think I would have cropped any of it. Alison
