This is the process: I used the PS to altering the center of the image with filters. Especially, I used the liquify option, and different kinds of sharpness.

Hola Ezequiel!...muy buen trabajo y más intersante aún ahora que conozco tus secretos y técnica...Acabo de comunicarme con tu mujer esperando comunicarme con vos, la verdad salí para tu casa con el CD, pero a pocos km cruzé unos tractores de Viarse que cortaban en pasto al costado de la ruta. Un piedra salió despedida impactando en el vidrio de la puerta de atrás así que el resto de la tarde se me fué en reclamos y arreglos...Viarse bien, no me puedo quejar, a las 6 de la tarde tendré el auto arreglado, pero vos...te quedaste esperando!...

I am utterly confused, it must be a digital effect. I think this picture lacks a story though, the blob thing is obviously the subject, but what is the background with those people supposed to portray, if anything? Just wondering.
