I like it very much. Very good composition and light. A humoristic view too: the industrial "army" greeting "Lady Liberty", as if their "leader" she were!
I took the liberty(!) of suggesting a slightly different crop (along with a bit of color balance).

Great shot. I live right by Long Beach Harbor in California and, save for the Statue of Liberty, it looks the same. Even the bridge! You've inspired me to spend some time down there to get some shots.
