this is a good picture which becomes an excellent picture in B/W.
I did it. I saw it. What K says is true?
and in B/W, even the white thing becomes less conspicuous.

There's something about old barns that makes people want shoot at them. Kind of seasoning with a twist. Then, photographers step in...:))) lol
The more they shoot, better it looks in B/W...and no need for applying grain effect 'cause it's already drilled for go-o-d...
Seriously, maybe it's worth a try. And what's that white washed-out thing out there obscuring part of the barn? It's in the way! No need to have it in.

Ahhh.. now i'm tracking, (6X6). Hmmm. I have spent my equipment budget for 2005 already... I do agree. the old barn is worthy of the effort.

I'd say shoot some Ilford 100 and make a large print! And maybe put it on the wall. Electronic version might not be THAT attractive in B/W, IMHO.
Size MATTERS! :)

Well, I am addicted to color, I supose one day I will go nuts and everything will be black and white for six months... I do trust your opinion and might have a go at it. Should I go get some good black and white film and head back to the barn or just desaturate this one?
