Hard-hitting this picture? must be tough on the poor young girl ? impossible for her to be invisible, to get lost unnoticed in the big city? and look at her boyfriend? a photographer? hopefully he loves her and even celebrates her impossible mass. Some people have an unbelievable hard life caring so much literal and metaphorical weight around with them, everywhere, everyday, such as the girl in your photograph. I cant say if your picture informs the viewer, serving simply a voyeuristic purpose as in any other public shot, or if it is designed to elicit the very impulse why one would go visit a freak show in the 20?s and 30?s: to see the bearded lady, the man worm, the two headed snake, and so on? you know, the impulse to stop and stare at human wrecks after a highway accident. I believe the latter considering the title and smirky comment? Either way a sad shot.
