This is a great shot Mark, Most underwater shots are generally good, but this one really reaches beyond, capturing the fish in beautiful light and shape. Concerning comments... I have a hunch that what time your picture is posted relates. When i post an image at 5am pacific time, after i get off shift, i wont recieve as many comments or views as when i post one in the early evening when the majority of north american members whould be tuning in. either than that, it really is a mystery. May you have a blessed christmas season, matt

Great image Mark...when were you diving in the Philippines anyways, now would be a good time to be there. I have also been wondering about the comment system myself also. Does it have to do with giving as well as receiving? It almost seems as if some people will not give a comment until they get one from that person. Just a thought

Johann, I often wondered about the same thing myself, and the whole comment system in general. It seems to me that the number of comments depends only partially on how good the picture is. A lot of it seems to depend on something else. What would that be? I have seen seemingly ordinary images with a lot of comments, and very good ones with just a few.
Anyway, thanks for commenting on my picture.
Mark

I'm surprised this image didn't get much comments, i think is great the blue and the shiny fish with the dark sides makes a very interestig piece of art. very nice shot! :)
