About A very artistic mirror outside of a hairdresser's near my home. The photographer (me) can be found right in the center of the image, not surprising for a mirror shot ;-)

Hi Dave,

I am happy to read that you had similar thoughts about this motif as I had. When I got the picture from the lab, I thought I was looking at a scene from 'alien', this barber stuff looked so strange in b&w.

Greetings,

Paul

You know, I'll never go get another haircut without thinking of this picture and cringing. Congratulations on capturing something so unusual.

This is a very strange piece (the mirror, not the photo). At first glance, I thought it was full of weapons. I thought I saw a shotgun, ammunition, brass knuckles, dead people, etc. and I thought, how strange, it must be a war memorial (I hadn't read your description yet). Then once I saw your description and really started looking, I begin to see it is a compilation of hairdresser implements.

This just goes to show how first impressions aren't always right.

Best,
Dave

Eventhough I knew you were in the center you were still hard to find ;)
I was already like: What's wrong with me!? I can't find it!
I love the shot.. It seems surrealistic..
