This another beautifully arranged picture. The colours combine with the facial expression and eyes to suggest a narrow range of possible emotions on the part of the woman. The position of the hand suggests that the dress strap is about to be pushed back upwards rather than lowered - and makes us wonder what happened a second or two beforehand. It's impossible to look at this photograph without building more than a single story around it.
