The photograph was made I an open area in the heart of Minneapolis, Minnesota, in July. The people are primarily workers from the various offices and shops around the area. The scene was very bright and with high contrast, even to the eye, however the people seemed to enjoy it.

Looks busy, what's the event. The colors are good, but the contrast could use a little toning down IMHO.
