I am happy that you told me about your children; all well placed and in good careers.

I left the Army in 1958, got out and messed around, then tried to get back into the service. The AF wouldn't take me so I went in to the Navy.

After 4 years, I got out, messed around then went back into the Army, retired after 20 years.

now all I do is lay around and take pictures; hope to go back to school next week courtesy of the VA rehab. dept. I am 30% disability/

Thanks for your comments, Dave. I hope that you brought your camera with you and took some beautiful views.
I took this picture in Berlin, Germany, as I wanted to capture a "sense of place" not just pretty pictures.
It's up to us as photogrphers, to record all aspects of the places that we visit; so having a good imagination helps(As well as good equipment).

Now that is some funny stuff!!! Welcome aboard man...
My middle son is USAF active duty. He is a crew chief on Stealth Fighters. My Youngest is Eli (yes... a female) she is USAF reserve. Oldest son is just a master's graduate and such... he is the slacker of the bunch... just having fun and making a living talking on the radio. Thanks for the return comment. And I really do love me beer and such, but still... take it all easy and in stride.

Well, I like your beers shots. You not only have good taste, you can take excellent photos also.

But you'r more experienced then me; I only drink Soda pop. Lat time I got drunk on beer was in Boston when I was 20 years old( in the Army).

Later on I got out, then went in the Navy' Got wiped out on Vodka and orange juice while riding in the back of a friend's car; lost my shoes and eye glasses sometime during my wild ride.
Frindsds had to lead me though the gate, I just had my socks on, no shoes.

After that I swore off alchol and never touch a drop. But I can take good photos of the stuff.

Better watch out; these brews are about 8-9 times as strong as this 3.2 stuff in the States.
