Hi Mike, thanks for pointing these out (although I still can't see her pooch as you put it).
In any case, photographic perfection is not my aim because that leads to images of girls who are unattainable. To me at least, it is the slight quirks that give a sense of the girl next door.
Most models who appear in the high gloss magazines don't look half as good in real life without the army of support staff (makeup, hair, wardrobe, graphic artists who airbrush half their bodies to remove fat, cellulite, wrinkles, scars, hairs, etc).
In my case, 90% of the girls did their own makeup, hair, and clothing; they may not end up looking perfect but I actually prefer it when they put in their own effort because it makes the pics more real.

Nice picture. Glamorous lighting. I see 3 very small things that would help this photo. When I say small I mean very small.
You model?s tummy is pooching out and adding a little thickness in that area. I don?t know if she could have sucked it in or if it?s just the way she is sitting. On her left forearm there is a light spot, could be a scare but would be easy to remove in Photoshop. At the split in her dress, there are a couple threads that need to be removed in Photoshop also.
