About	Well - it was the shape that gave me the title, and the fact that it was a macro! I really took the photo to display different phases of life. The young tree to the right, the mature trees to the left and the remains of the tree in the middle.

Great composition Neil, well exposed and presented. Decaying tree stumps like this intrigue me but I dont like how the timber crumbles when you touch it. This shot gives that feel. Well done.
